Keith Benjamin - Founder of Konnective Architecture & Design

The Konnective Story

My name is Keith Benjamin, founder of Konnective Architecture & Design. With nearly a decade of professional experience and five years specializing in custom millwork, I bring a technically grounded and detail-driven approach to every project. My work is informed by a deep understanding of materials, fabrication processes, coordination, and constructability, ensuring that design decisions are both innovative and executable.

I believe successful design is rooted in careful attention to details. Early in my career, I learned that unresolved details often lead to costly issues during construction. My role is to bridge vision and execution by refining each element so design intent and buildability align seamlessly.

Konnective was founded with the goal of providing thoughtful, well-considered design solutions. With an emphasis on quality, coordination, and lasting value, I work closely with all clients and design teams to create cohesive spaces that balance design intent with real-world execution.

To design is not an act of inspiration. It comes as a result of practice, which requires work every day.”

The Konnective Approach

3D Floor Plan, Isometric Layout

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more—the design phase is the most crucial, where we translate your vision into function and aesthetics with special consideration for how you live your life. What sets my methodology apart isn’t just the process, it’s the intention behind it. I take time to understand you, and explore those creative solutions that connect you with a sense of place.
